1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Eligibility for Returns:
o The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
o Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Return Process:

o Provide your order number and reason for return.
o Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

 
• Return Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

 
• Refunds:
o Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
o Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
• Follow the return process to exchange a product.

3. Cancellations
• Before Shipment:
o Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• After Shipment:
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. You can initiate a return instead. 

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide images of the damaged product and packaging for verification. • A replacement or refund will be offered after verification.

5. Important Notes
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details for the refund.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Returns or refunds may not be accepted for items that fail to meet the policy conditions.
