o Orders above ₹499 are eligible for free shipping.
• Express Shipping (if applicable): Additional charges apply for faster delivery.

3. Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Timelines 
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location. 
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available).
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
• If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted areas. If there are any issues with your delivery location, we will contact you.
